Dhampur Sugar: Expanding inorganically

DSM is expanding operations inorganically to give it a larger geographic presence. It plans to acquire two sugar mills in Maharashtra, where sugar recovery rates are higher. It is also mulling to acquire a company in West Indies, where the Jamaican government has unveiled a plan to privatize the sugar industry
